You will be able to paint the pieces with different textures and replacement meshes.
It allows you to change the appearance of the building pieces and replace them with new pieces while keeping the original texture of the building.
This is done by giving a new "skin" to the building pieces so that they can be distinguished from one another.
It allows you to do the painting in the same way you would on a flat surface, so it is easy to understand how it works.
